Application and Enrollment Process:

All families must apply to Studio Creative Play in order to be considered for enrollment. Once an application is received, the family is notified and they are officially placed in the application system. From that point forward they will be periodically updated on program offerings and events.

The program does continuously have a waiting list. Most families wait approximately 4 to 6 months from the time of application to actually attend the Studio program. Applications are not received prior to a child being 13 months of age.

Placement in the program is not necessarily conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. As a relationship-based program, we prioritize currently enrolled families, siblings, and returning families as active Studio members attending classes. Once these members are placed, enrollment is opened up to families on the waitlist. Families are placed from the waitlist in order to balance the classes in terms of age range, gender, cultural diversity, and the number of attending parents and caregivers in each class. For this reason, some applicants may be placed in the program before those ahead of them on the waitlist. Families who are waitlisted and out-age the program for which they originally applied will be will be rolled over to the next term or age group for which they are eligible.

No deposits, application or tuition fees need be submitted with the application.

Studio Creative Play will notify applicants when a space is available for enrollment. Once space is available and families are notified, tuition will be collected. Program enrollment confirmations are made once tuition is received.

Sliding scale and scholarship enrollments are available. Please inquire with the Studio.
